These teams support partners and brokers with product training, client presentations, the delivery of global services, the processing of work orders and client activation in all the countries covered.
Pre-sales
The Lyra Mexico & Central America sales team will provide extensive training on products and sales materials, including:
- Sales presentation
- Digital products
- Operational support documentation
- And much more
During sales
The Lyra Mexico & Central America and Lyra International sales team will provide support in:
- Pricing inquiries
- Ongoing training
- Support in tenders (RFP) when necessary
Our partnership and support capacity will also be reflected in the global and local delivery of services.
Post sales
The Lyra International and Mexico & Central America sales administration team will ensure a smooth customer activation process in all countries.
In addition, your Lyra Account Manager will provide support in:
