We cover various initiatives locally in the countries we support, such as:

  • We develop programs that facilitate the work-life balance of employees.
  • We offer a Comprehensive Stress Management Program through the application of questionnaires that identify characteristics of burnout syndrome, as well as PHQ 9 and GAD 7, which focus on the most important problems worldwide: depression and anxiety in employees.
  • We help to comply with NOM 035 and 037 (applicable only in Mexico) and other standards related to our services in other countries.

Lyra Mexico & Central America offers programs focused on employee wellbeing, aligned with regulations such as NOM.035 STYPS and NOM.037 on Teleworking, applicable for countries such as Mexico.
